●Essence of the Voltage transformer: a special transformer (electromagnetic induction principle)

◆Core functions:

▶convert the system high voltage (such as 10kV) into the standard low voltage (100V or 100/√3V). ▶Electrical isolation: realize the safe isolation of high and low voltage circuits.

▶Signal distribution: provide synchronous voltage signals for multiple devices.

● Typical wiring scheme：

V-V wiring ：(two-phase): 10kV Bus Phase A → VT1 → Meter 10kV bus phase C → VT2 → protection device

Y-Y-δ wiring： (three-phase open triangle): Three-phase bus → JSZY-10R → Main winding: watt-hour meter/monitoring system Auxiliary winding: grounding protection device

● Precision selection:

Measurement: 0.2 (electricity fee settlement point)

Monitoring: 0.5

Protection: 3P level (general protection) /6P level (high precision protection)

●Operation and maintenance safety specification

Five prohibitions:

Short circuit is prohibited on the secondary side (except for protective winding).

Must be grounded reliably.

Nuclear phase is required before operation.

Check insulation resistance regularly.

Abnormal fever immediately shut down.
